Ingredients
16ouncescream cheeseroom temperature
1packet ranch dressing mix
1/2cupshredded cheese
1/2bunch green onionchopped
5flour tortillasburrito size
8ouncesthinly sliced deli meat
Instructions
Beat the cream cheese, dressing mix, shredded cheese and green onion in a mixing bowl until everything is well combined.
Slightly warm the tortillas in the microwave (15 to 20 seconds) to make them more pliable, and lay them out on a clean countertop.
Divide the cream cheese mixture between all five tortillas, and spread it evenly on each, spreading it all the way to the edges.
Layer the deli meat evenly on the tortillas. (You won’t have complete coverage, and that’s totally fine.)
Tightly roll each tortilla, and place them in plastic in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until the cream cheese is cooled through.
Slice each roll into rounds that are about three-quarters of an inch thick.
Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container if not serving immediately.
